I am a marketing executive with strong business background rooted in 20 years of international experience. I grow businesses by connecting companies to people. I simplify complexity, trying to make sense of the world. I breathe to rise awareness, increase focus, and drive outcomes.

By profession, I design customer centric, data-driven marketing initiatives, with an extensive background on strategic planning and organizational design, and a track record of building and leading high performance teams across cultures and skill-sets.

Amongst other activities, I am author of Runners Are Leaders, founding member and ambassador of the Society for Organizational Learning Italy, member of the Young Leader Program of the Council for the United States and Italy, former member of the Advisory Board of the Sport Business Academy.

In my spare time, I do practice triathlon and I love exploring modern art.
